Happy Mother’s Day, Famous Princesses style [video]

Hope everyone and their moms and their kids (if you are moms) are having a great Mother’s Day!!  For the moms out there, hope you guys are fortunate enough to have a wonderful son (or daughter) like Hwang Tae Ja, Seunggi’s character from 2007 Kdrama Famous Princesses! :)

Hopefully, unlike Tae Ja’s mom, moms will understand that someday, kids will need to go off and get married, and that doesn’t mean he/she doesn’t love you anymore!! Haha.  And hopefully we’ll be so fortunate to be like Shin Ji Soo’s character and have an amazing husband like Hwang Tae Ja, that is, minus some of the mama’s boy-ness!

Famous Princesses to air in Japan next week

 

Looks like the recent broadcast of Brilliant Legacy on Fuji TV has really peaked more and more interest in Seunggi.  In addition to the ratings success of Brilliant Legacy, his song Will you Marry Me has also became quite popular.  Seems that while many of the Japanese may have been familiar w/ LSG through 1n2d (which seems to enjoy much popularity there), many are starting to discover Seunggi the actor and singer…

The meeting between LSG and Shin Ji Soo was all over the internet prior to Tuesday night’s broadcast, and SJS who’s currently on SBS saguek medical drama (I think it’s a smaller role) was in the top 10 searches online all day, and she’s still in the searches the next morning after the show.  She must be thinking man, I should’ve gotten back in touch with LSG earlier! :)  probably even more interest with the recent news that LSG is going to making his drama comeback in a few months.

Coincidental timing or perfectly planned public relations coup for SeungGi with the announcement of his new Kdrama, My Girlfriend is a Gumiho?  As posted previously here, Shin Ji Soo (LSG’s girlfriend/wife) from his 2006 KBS drama Famous Princesses will be on the Tuesday broadcast of Strong Heart.  Per TV Daily, the SJS and LSG hadn’t seen each other in a long time and there was a heartwarming feel on the set of Strong Heart’s filming.
